Do you think being Christian and believing evolution is fact is making your own new religion?

The bible says how the plants and animals were made he put them here on one of the 7 creation days. It doesn’t say he put a single celled organism on earth and his animals evolved from it. So how can you believe in evolution and Christianity that’s picking and choosing parts of the bible. So wouldnt that qualify as making your own religion up?

What is the best way to find a Christian woman outside of church besides looking on line?

I always find it hard to meet single women at church. Most people socialize with you briefly then they either sit down to hear the service or leave as soon as the service is done. My church offers very little chance for singles to socialize. Therefore, church is not a good place to meet single women. I have tried other churches, they are either the same or worst when it comes to meeting Christian women. I also work a lot of hours leaving me almost no free time. I have tried to find decent women on line but all of the women that I have met were a bad match (some lived too far away, some turned out to be liars and manipulators, or the attraction was not mutual). Besides, you have to go through thousands of profiles and dating just to find that you are not compatible. Where are some good places that a high percentage of Christians frequent, that would increase my chance of finding the right woman? By Christian I don’t mean a woman that says she is a Christian yet does not even attempt to understand the Bible and apply what it says to her life. I am NOT looking for someone who drinks beer like water or sleeps with everyone and everything she feels like. I am looking for someone whose life is grounded in Christianity. Does anyone know of a good place where single Christians can meet besides the Internet?

What do think about Christian and Non-Christian dating?

Some parents that are really deep into Christianity. That they only want their children to date other Christians. I find that confusing, because my friends tells me that Christians are suppose to love other Religions as well as their own. So if you could please, let me hear your opinions on this subject. Thank you.

Christian dating a non-Christian boy?

Okay. Here’s the breakdown.
I’m 15, in grade 9.
My boyfriend was my best friend before we started dating.
He’s an amazing guy. He’s sweet, smart, funny, basically EVERYTHING I wanted in a guy.
Except there’s a problem.
He’s not a Christian.
I was raised in a Christian environment, and my parents expect me to marry a Christian guy in the future.
Yeah, yeah, I’m 15, I shouldn’t be worrying about getting married, I know, but I’m afraid to fall in love with this guy.
Another thing is, that two of my closest friends, my boyfriend’s best friend, and one of my best friends dated, but she broke up with him because he wasn’t Christian. They still REALLY like each other, but she can’t date him simply because he is not Christian.
I talked to my boyfriend about this and he said that he would "fight for me" if I broke up with him because he wasn’t Christian.
Another thing is, my boyfriends’ older sister, who is like, 10 years older than him, converted into Christianity recently over Easter, and he told me his sister read him Bible passages and such. So he’s exposed to Christianity, and he respects my beliefs.
But I don’t know if I should continue dating him or not, he told me that he’s THINKING of converting, and I’m praying for him. But I REALLY don’t know. It hasn’t even been that long since we started dating. Only two weeks. -.-

Early Christian churches in Rome and Ravenna, most dating from the 5th century AD, show the beginnings of Byzantine style artwork. Manuscripts of the Christian Bible were also beginning to be produced in this period.
